Our monthly tasting menus are back, this time featuring something truly unique to start the year: a prix fixe menu designed exclusively around Rodolphe Le Meunier Normandy Butter. For those of you who’ve joined us before, it’s that very same butter we serve with our baguette and that gets raved about by guests and reviewers alike.
 

In this instance you’ll find it interpreted in courses via a multitude of ways, such as a classic brown butter, a seaweed butter, smoke beurre blanc, and brown butter ice cream—just to name a few.  Optional wine pairings curated by celebrated Wine Director Sarah Clarke will be poured along with select dishes as well.
