RÉPUBLIQUE HOST TO LA PAULÉE’S FIRST EVER GALA DINNER IN LOS ANGELES

 

We’re thrilled to announce that La Paulée—the world-renowned Burgundy Festival by Daniel Johnnes—will be hosting its first Gala Dinner in Los Angeles at République. The dinner will feature a menu prepared by Chefs Walter & Margarita Manzke, with guest chefs Michael Cimarusti of Providence and Josiah Citrin of Mélisse. It is truly an honor to team up with La Paulée and to be chosen as one of the host restaurants for their first foray into Los Angeles.
