We’re pleased to announce reservations are now open for Christmas Eve & New Years Eve at République!

Our Special Christmas Eve à la carte menu will be offered on December 24th, while our New Year’s Eve family-style prix fixe menu will be offered December 31st!

Our New Year’s Eve family-style prix fixe menu, at $160/person, will be highlighting the best of seasonal winter provisions. Besides hors d’oeuvres and our famous baguette and butter, each guest may choose three options—an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert—with all dishes served family style (note that supplemental options will also be available). This experience is available only on Sunday December 31st from 6:00pm-11:30pm.
