The King of Porc

On June 18th, 2016 we had the honor of going back to Aspen for Grand Cochon as part of ten winners from the regional competition of COCHON 555 earlier this year. Each chef prepared show-stopping dishes using whole heritage-breed pigs in a head to tail extravaganza.
